I had to walk into the dealer through salesmen standing outside blocking the door using profanities. Glad I didn?t bring my kids. Walked in for my appointment and the salesman took my keys to get mileage then was gone for the next 15 minutes. He actually left the lot with my keys On him to go to an offsite lot to get vehicle. What?s the point of an appointment and what a bad practice of leaving dealership with customers keys. Internet price is not real price unless you qualify. Sales tried to encourage me to make the sale without my concern of putting myself in a financial dilemma. I said sorry I cant make this deal financially and then was handed my keys and given the cold shoulder. That?s how I know I made the right decision. The treatment from the start was bad and followed to the end. I do not recommend getting a vehicle from here because of the horrible treatment as well as disregard to helping you make the right decision.
