There was a serious miscommunication between your office and me regarding my "insurance" plans. I rec'd a call yesterday which informed me that I owe yet almost $150 to BFP. I had renewed my plan the day before and was told that it would be respected, even before the 30 day "official" start point. I, therefore, am going to challenge this new charge. Thank you. more
