We are set up as members to have both HVAC and plumbing inspections done yearly and I have to say that our last experience was not the best. Although our plumber was nice, he wasn't experienced and got water all over our downstairs bathroom. Also, I asked him to tighten our kitchen faucet and he just actually misaligned it so I still need to call Air Services to have someone else come out to "fix" the "fix". Looks like experienced personnel are needed for this job.
