As far as the technicality of it all, the guy from King George Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric did a good job. He did what he was supposed to come here and do. He removed the old water heater and got the new one and then came back right away. When he put the new water heater back in the closet, he pushed the water drip tray way in the back. It kind of annoys me because I can't notice where the water level in the tray is now, which is how I knew I needed a new water heater. I asked him to set the temperature lower than normal because that's how I wanted it and he told me that he set it to where he thought it should be. And, he didn't show me how to set the temperature myself. When I asked him about a few other things I thought may need to be looked at or replaced, I didn't feel as though he gave me an honest assessment of the importance of replacing these other things. Like, how long they might last before they needed to be replaced. He just told me how much it would cost to replace them. I don't think I would recommend this company because I didn't feel he was very helpful or honest in the customer service department. The only reason I called them in the first place was because their name was on my water heater.
