I had a problem with a leaking sink and needed it fixed rather quickly, so I was under a lot of pressure. I called Gold Star Service to come over the guy started pressing me with very aggressive sales tactics, I thought there might be a problem with the system and he was trying to push me into a $1,000 system cleaning that I didn't need, and then the guy said well, if you pay $700 we can fix the toilet too for nothing, and etc. So I agreed to it, but when I looked back on it it turned out that one of the valves for the toilet just wasn't turning, so there wasn't really anything to fix. I felt really ripped off after it was all over. I was shaken up by my situation and they really took advantage of that. I guess I should have waited and had other people come look but I just wanted to get the problem fixed. I would never use them again, they just ripped me off for money and they're totally unreliable.
