We called HVAC Utah for service for our gas fireplace and I asked them to check our 25 year old furnaces. Their technician Dustin informed me that our gas furnace had been a model with a lot of problems and was past its expected life span. He returned a week later and installed a new high efficiency furnace. There were unexpected problems working with our existing ductwork, however with the weather becoming the coldest day of the year, they worked extra hours to assure that we would have heat. The quality of their work is excellent, their response could not be exceeded and their prices very competitive. His professional knowledge, skills ability to communicate and solve problems are excellent. They were very considerate about keeping our house clean in wet weather when several trips had to be made to their truck. I was impressed how they notified of us an exact time when they would arrive.
