It is hard to give an opinion with just one visit.
Everyone was very professional and treated me with respect. I was surprised about the cost, way more than I expected but I think I can see why they need to do the procedures I was told about. Maybe the other dentists I went to weren't thorough enough. I don't know how much I will be able to get done though.
The wait was way too long,I was there for 3 hours and I believe about an hour and a half was just waiting for the next person to see me. I understand there was an emergency that came in so I believe that is the only reason I was left waiting for so long. Things like that happen so I wouldn't think that would be the case too many times. At least each room had a TV and pleasant to wait in.
Even with these few negative comments, I am very happy that I came to Aspen Dental. I have more positive to say than negative. The staff were more knowledgeable than any dentist office I have ever been to and I felt more respected than anywhere else. This is the first time that the dentist and everyone else explained things in detail to me. I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone looking for a dentist.
