I decided to take my family to Ichiban for my wife's birthday dinner. We took advantage of the early bird special at 5:30 PM and were pleasantly surprised at the yummy food and great deal. The meal started off with a hot washcloth to clean your hands, miso soup, a larger than expected cucumber salad and an appetizer of either shrimp or calamari grilled in front of you on the big grill. Next, came a choice of fried rice ($3.75 extra) or white rice, and grilled vegetables. The show continued with your chosen main course expertly grilled before your eyes and ended with your choice of ice cream. If you ordered teriyaki chicken, the cost was $14.95; filet minion was $19.95!\r
