Eddie was scheduled to arrive at??11 am??but called about??8:30??and asked if it would be Ok to start at about??9 O'clock??since he had finished the job he was working on sooner than he expected gladly we said yes. He arrived and asked what was the problem with our water heater so I told him what we had done we knew the water heater was bad and he confirmed our views. First, he explained the plans he had and we agreed on a plan where we could use the water heater we purchased about a month earlier. He went straight to the attic and went to work, I told him I sure was hoping that it would have waited until winter when it was cooler, but it didn't seem to bother him as he was dripping with sweat. He got everything disconnected and waited for his partner Mike to arrive to help get the old water heater out and the new one installed which went pretty quick. Needless to say we had hot water around??1:30??that afternoon great team work by Eddie and Mike. I think they have done this before. Thanks for your quick response and professional work.??
