Raymond was amazing! I initially was going to take my baby (pearly white Altima) TO SOUTHBAY, BUT I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DIDNT! the wait time was insane, but I knew going to the service side I would have to be patient! Maria, the lady that issued me the car rental was awesome her customer service skills were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would def continue to take my car in for service at this location!
