We took my Dad's 1991 Ford F150 in for an estimate. they had us fill out a form and then looked at the truck. the driver's door and roof of cab needed work. said the body was in good shape. that was over two months ago. Never heard back from them.
I was very disappointed as we had repairs done by them before and were happy with the results. Being a returning customer did not seem to make a difference as it was apparent from the beginning they did not really want the work as it was not an Insurance claim.
