Very much appreciate the technician who stayed late to diagnose our problem. This helped us tremendously in planning for being without a vehicle.
They were able to repair the vehicle by noon the next day. Many thanks to the team for their patience as they deal daily with people needing answers which are nearly impossible to answer...when will my vehicle be ready? I am surprised they don't say, how dow I know, we have not had time to look under the hood!
