On 6/17/2016 we had a representative come to our house to inspect our central air conditioning unit. After looking at unit, ducking, thermostat, and vents, it was determined that we needed a new unit. After sitting down and reviewing our situation it was determined that it would be in our best interest to join the Best service plan. We were then told that a complete new system would cost $15000.00. After making a $5000.00 deposit (which was returned after our second option was completed) and the service plan cost, we advised the representative that we would like a second option, which was agreed upon. After contacting a second service technician we were informed that the system was in good condition other than being dirty and some exterior rush. We have since contacted your offices for the refund of the service plan payment but to this date we have not received a text, call or email.
