First our thanks to Zack and Mr.Keegan for understnding our ongoing frustration. Best can only install the parts sent by Carrier....we understand that, but to be on our third EVA installation, on a unit 5 years old is mystifying. We thank everyone at Best who were involved this time..and pray, that this time, the new EVA works. We cannot say enough about Zack and Kevin both technicians were prompt, courteous, extremely professional, and certainly had empathy with what we had to endure. We hope this time, that the problem is solved, and our faith in Carrier, reestablished. Our faith in Best however, remains unchanged...simply the best in every aspect. Again, our sincere thanks to all who were involved this time.
