I've got three oil changes to decide if Meineke will become my go to place for oil changes. If they treat me as well as they did this afternoon, I will definitely be a regular customer. I too cashed in on the Groupon deal, and at first, there was a mix-up (on my part) about synthetic oil, but the operations manager happily cleared up my confusion, and while I was waiting, I witnessed his conscientious interaction with a customer with a special problem. I was impressed. When my car was done (and the work was finished even before the predicted time), I was given my keys and a recommendation to replace the air filter during my next oil change. Nothing costly and no dire predictions of costly work needing to be done. As a matter of fact, the manager told me what great shape my car is in. I left feeling like I am valued as a customer.
