Our 30 year-old furnace and A/C unit died at the start of a heat wave. A call with a quick response from a technician confirmed the impossibility of repair. Later that day a sales consultant arrived and thoroughly inspected and measured our needs. The next day the new system was installed and runs perfectly. They were very helpful with the financing, rebates and even product registration. Installers were very courteous and professional; including clean-up. A very outstanding experience.
