This was our first experience at Ike's based on local word-of-mouth recommendations, and we were very pleased. Although our vehicle needed a great deal of work, he was very understanding and helpful with us on prioritizing which items to address first based on our budget, as well as educating us on additional things to keep an eye on and plan for in the future. Their diagnostic inspection was thorough and well-documented, and charges were very reasonable.
