I want to take a minute to thank Nathan Whitfield for making the experience of purchasing my 2015 4 Runner a pleasant one. Nate was friendly, honest and genuine throughout the deal. I had a conversation with Nate approximately six months prior to this purchase at which time he explained my options. I was not ready to buy at that time but, Nate kept in touch with me anyway. When I was ready to purchase I phoned Nate and made an appointment with him the next morning. I was honest with him in regards to how much of a payment I was comfortable with and in return he was just as honest (much appreciated). Nate did not attempt to sell me something that I was not interested in nor did he attempt to sell me something that I could not afford. I believe that salesperson like Nate are an asset to the Toyota team and for this reason I have purchased my last 6 Toyota's from Universal Toyota. Keep up the great work Nate.
