We wanted to get matching shirts for our family vacation. The sales rep at the store said we could get all the shirts we needed screen-printed, including for our toddler who wears size 2. We placed the order on a return trip, with a different sales rep.\r

When we received the order, our youngest was dwarfed in the YOUTH size 2 they printed for her. The first sales rep neglected to tell us they don't screen-print toddler sizes (they only do vinyl cutouts for them) so the 2nd sales rep ASSUMED we meant a youth size 2.\r

Unable to have matching shirts for the whole family, the remainder of the order was pointless and completely useless to us. We had to wait nearly a week to speak to the owner about a refund, who ended up offering only to refund the price of the two oversize shirts - barely 10% of the total cost.\r
