AC went out 7/23/16 one of the hottest days of the year. Because we are current ASAP customers, Mark Freeman and crew arrived within three hours of making the call. They set up a temporary AC system on Sunday, until new system will be installed on Tuesday. They also installed a window unit on Saturday so at least one room could be cool. The price quoted on the system may have been high but we didn’t have the opportunity to shop around. However, the extra money paid is worth it to have quality service that we received. How many other companies would have returned our calls or even shown up so quickly? So thanks Anthony for helping us out during a steamy situation.
