We started with Networx in looking for a second opinion on a replacement for one of our heat pumps. Within minutes of submitting the job request, we had a call from Comfort First. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and professional, not pushy, just helpful. She scheduled a Project Manager to come out, at a time convenient for us, and assess our issue. Dave came on time, spent a long time assessing the heat load for the rooms involved, and then sat down with us to explain his recommendation. Dave was knowledgeable and patient, answered all of our questions. We agreed to move forward with the replacement of the unit. The woman in the install department called us back and we set up a convenient time for our install. That day, the two installers came on time and completed the install in several hours. I don't have the names of the two gentlemen who did the install, but both were professional, worked together to make everything right. They also answered my questions about the new unit. They both took care to be neat and to clean up after the install. They took the old unit with them, and all was great. We could not be happier with the service on all ends, from the woman on the phone, to Dave, to the installers. After the install, we spoke with Beth in the office to complete the required inspection and the paperwork. All worked seamlessly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Comfort First, no hesitations at all.
