We purchased a hot water heater from Ben Franklin that includes a warrantee with yearly service.
The service professionals are hot or cold, some are great, others I would never let in my house again. One person set up a bladder tank for our hot water heater. it was put in front of the electrical box (illegal) and it was not set up correctly (it does not fill up with water.). Another person gave us the hard sell to join the "friends of Ben Franklin", even though we had joined. As a "friend" we were supposed to get immediate service. We've always has to wait 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. I called to complain about poor service. I left 2-3 messages with for the owner. He never called back. As soon as our service contract is over, we will NEVER hire these people again.
