This service call was my second time using Mark Johnson Plumbing. The first time they identified and took care of the issue right away. This time we called about an ac drain in the attic that was clogged. They did not find the clog and suggested that we re-pipe, believing that the leak we were seeing was caused by condensation. We accepted their recommendation which did not correct rhe issue. By the next day the leak was back. We called the office and the plumber returned. This time the clogged drain was unstopped and we have not had any other problems. The office personnel and plumbers are always very courteous. They gave us a $25 discount, however, we felt like the first repair was not necessary since it did not correct the problem.
