I took my Mazda for AC check, was told to leave it there and told I would have diagnostic done by days end but never got done. My vehicle sat from 830 am till 530pm and had nothing done to it. A wasted day could have taken it to other shops and gotten estimates done in that timeframe. Should have been honest and stated they couldn't look at it and I would have been on my way.
