I've had furnace and AC serviced, ducts cleaned, and an energy audit leading to sealing of the attic. All the workers seemed pleasant, competent, and arrived on schedule. I don't believe the outdoor section of the AC has been serviced yet, but assume it will be. Sealing of the attic resulted in some minor wall damage from the ladder used to access the attic, requiring me to spackle and repaint a small area. Later I found significant damage to the ceiling had occurred in one spot. Since it was in a conspicuous location and had not been noticed before the final energy test, I believe it was caused by the final inspector stepping in the wrong place in the attic. Fortunately, I have sufficient experience and tools for dry wall repair to take care of it.
