We had a water leak in our bathroom and we had Rosenthal Plumbing come out to take a look at it. The plumber turned off the emergency valve and discovered there was a pipe outside that had been leaking. He looked underneath our house and there was water underneath, everything was soaking wet. He took another look beneath our bathroom and that was also soaking wet.
He explained the procedure and told us what he needed to do to clean up the water mess. Three people came back the next Monday with their machines and put one in each bathroom to dry up the water and put a clean air machine downstairs to clear the air. They were really courteous and accommodating with my elderly mother who's in a walker. They made sure the house was accessible for her and were very conscious of the fact that she was in the house. They decided to come back the next day to finish the job because they didn't want to inconvenience us and I thought that was very thoughtful of them.
I feel like the people at Rosenthal Plumber went above and beyond to fix the problem and made sure my family and I felt comfortable during the entire process. If it weren't for them, the leak would have gone on forever and they handled the situation really well. I would recommend them and will be using them again for our future plumbing needs.
