I grew up with Riazzi's back on Van Bueren. In the 80s I sold them fresh produce so know their product since I was a child and their ingredients since a young man. Riazzi's is a family restaurant using old family traditions like starting their sauce at daybreak and serving at dinner. Their sauce is completely digestible with no acid burn or issues from many industrial kitchens. Little known secret, perhaps the best pizza in Phoenix.
