Unorganized in every way (scheduling, pre-op, instructions). Unsanitary. Surgeon eating in operating room, put ur gown on in a recovery bathroom. Then put ur personal belongings in a laundry basket on da floor. Scheduled for surgery, in my gown, marked up when surgeon says cant do it cuz u smoke. Should have read my profile. And thats only the half of it! Go somewhere else.
