We had a sewer back-up in the downstairs bath of my parent's house. I called Drain Masters at 8 am, their employee John was at the house by 9 am, and the problem was solved by 10 am. John listened attentively to us describe the problem, spoke knowledgeably regarding alternative options, worked efficiently towards a solution, answered questions, and charged a very fair rate. What a great way to resolve what had been a really bad situation.
