The plumber from Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out for a 6 month inspection and messed up my water heater. I was dealing with that for 2 days. I'd told him not to mess with the water heater when he came out and he was rude with me. He left the water running and left a mess. They ended up fixing it but I would not use them again.
