I just got a voicemail telling me that I ""won"" a $500 gift certificate toward a service package.\r
\r
At the event where I saw a representative, the pitch was a gift certificate toward ""our services"" which led me to believe that it could be used, for example, toward a couple facials, etc.\r
\r
So...bait and switch, right off the bat.\r
\r
Now, reading these reviews, it's clear that at least 20% of them were not written by customers, but by either employees, or people paid to write glowing reviews. \r
\r
When you read, over and over, a two or three sentence review that has NO details, just WOW this place is great! it's clear that no actual customer wrote it.\r
\r
I won't be calling back to ""schedule my services"" because, if I want skin care, I know enough reputable places that will take care of me.
