My refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. I called Capritta because my friend recommended them. They came out right away and made the repair for a reasonable charge. Two weeks later I had the same problem but just the refrigerator not the freezer. They came right out. It was a different part that needed replacing. They did the job very efficiently and discounted the charge because it had only been a couple of weeks since the original repair. That's what I call great customer service. They will always be my choice for service!!??
