So nice to find a restaurant where there's a calm, un-rushed, care-full manner and great food. We has been there many years ago when we lived in Boulder and enjoyed it. We returned for Denver Restaurant Week to see what it is like in the present and it has only gotten better -- it that were possible. The food was creative, beautifully and carefully prepared and presented. The service was attentive without ""hovering"" and we felt totally relaxed and at ease -- no rush here. The wine list is excellent, with very good choices at reasonable prices in the company of noteworthy ""stars."" We'll return!
