I just called Ferrari's office for better explanation of their service and pricing. A female answered the call without introducing herself and I'm not sure if she even bothered to listen to my request before I was transferred to an incorrect line. I hung up and was about to give up but decided to give them a second chance. Thanks to Jasmine who's customer service and communications skills were the complete opposite of the first person. I have decided to give them a try.
