Full disclosure: I have not used a plumbing service before, so I can't compare on pricing. But, I do know about courteous and professional customer service. From my initial call to the office, to the master plumber (John B) who provided my service, I was extremely satisfied. Very pleasant woman scheduled my appointment and arranged to work around my schedule and still provide same-day service. Following a phone call to alert me to his arrival, John arrived within minutes of the beginning of the time frame I had been given. He was able to assess and diagnosis my problem within minutes. He thoroughly explained each step of his process, and went to work. It may have taken longer than he had anticipated, but never complained about working late and adhered to his original estimate. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was not in a pleasant predicament, but their services saved the day. As promised, they "made me smile".
