I had my 7th tire blow out in 2 years. I called the automotive shop that my significant other normally uses and they said they were too busy to assist me and hung up the phone. When I called Harlan Automotive they were helpful and made the effort to check on my situation. When the tire could not be aired up for driving the vehicle to their shop, they recommended a towing company to assist right away. They kept my vehicle there to assess the tires needed and change the tires. They allowed me to borrow their company car to take to work while my vehicle was being worked on. Walmart had been doing my tire work and had been putting the wrong tires on my car. This is why I had 7 blow outs in a 2 year period. Harlan Automotive installed the proper tires on my vehicle and said they would be glad to service my car from here out. Good customer service is hard to find these days. The guys at Harlan Automotive did an excellent job!
