Like you, I read all these reveiws prior to hiring Lester. Note all the reviews have the same basic message and refer to Lester as Lester A Van Slyke. Anyway, I believe Lester's staff writes the reviews or he pays an outside source. \r

Lester was hired to represent me in Family Court. I met with Lester, paid a retainer and felt confident. Well all that was was BS. Lester is an unethical, uneffecient and uneffective attorney. Almost immediately after signing the contract, Lester began to demand more money. Citing that the retainer was for his "experience." I asked Lester to file a couple of Contempt Charges on the other party and I was told that I needed to hire a different attorney. He stated "I have a good working relationship with all the attorneies in RIchmond and I will not jepordize that. I did not win a peer award for nothing." Next, I asked for my invoice.
