Coincidentally I received Dave's inquiry and one from the Van Chevy dealership on the same day. Dave's has servicing my vehicles now for over 30 years and there isn't another service facility I trust more. Service is ALWAYS timely, courteous and done one time and with great care. Nothing is ever overlooked.
One the other hand I go to great lengths to advise friends and acquaintances to avoid Van Chevy/Cadillac. During January through March I experienced misinformation, unethical treatment, misleading and unprofessional business treatment from the time their online salesperson lied to me about a car on their lot to their Sales Manager selling a car out from under me to when I was driving my car home from another dealership Van had to ask to make repairs of which Van was incapable, and Van's Service Manager called on my car-phone to tell my my car was in his shop and wouldn't be ready for me to pick up for "a couple more days". That horrible experience makes me appreciate even more the honest, professional service technicians and leadership at Dave's Service Center!
