I thought the dental hygenist and the person doing the dental x-rays were wonderful. I felt my anxiety go away talking with them. The dentist was also great!
Bonus points for the television while waiting in the dental chair!
The only problem I had during my visit was the main receptionist has no clue what she is doing. Please train her on customer service. I work in the insurance industry, as a courtesy to customers...ask for the id and insurance when customers walk in, and make a copy. Do not continuously keep asking customers for information on the insurance card.
