I walked in and asked if they had anyone who could adjust the headlamps on my VW Jetta and within just a few minutes they had a service person on the task, and completed and I was on my way....and at no charge. I've been using DJ's for about a year and a half for other work such as brake jobs and oil changes and I guess they were giving me the "you've been a good loyal customer" treatment.
