The lobby was not up to par. When I came in there were only four chairs and I had to sit in the middle next to a lady that had a dog that smelled horrible. I was not happy with my experience in the lobby at all. I think there should be more of a sitting area and a TV or music playing in the back ground. I also was not happy that my car didn't get a wash like it did when I used to take it to Mount Vernon towing. I'm not sure if I will be back.

Brenda, we are sorry you were uncomfortable in our lobby during your oil change appointment. You're right, we do need some additional seating. Maybe a couch or a corner sectional. Music would also be a good idea. We are sorry you missed getting your car washed; the coupon that you used for the oil change didn't include the automatic car wash, but if we had known you wanted it, I'm sure we would have accommodated you. Good luck with your next repair facility, we are sad to lose you as a customer!
