On my visit to Action Auto, I was greeted by Brett. He has been assisting me over the phone. He listened to my concerns & asked what I wanted to get done on this visit. I told him what I wanted & with no pressure he said, "ok, let us take look at the vehicle." After inspection, Brett informed me of the list of things that needed to be done. He gave me the price for the parts that needed replacing. I gave him the ok on certain services I wanted done & they were finished with my car in about 1 1/2 hours give or take. It's now been 6 days since my car was serviced there & I have no complaints thus far. All in all, I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Brett & Action Auto!
