Our furnace was about 13 years old and it had required service last year twice. I felt it was time to replace both units. We made an appointment and had Jason from Capital come out on a Friday at 5:30 He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt bad about him working so late. He gave me 3 options to go over with my wife. I was able to email all documents needed as he works Saturday also. By 1:30 Saturday afternoon scheduling called us to ask if Monday was okay.Their install techs were on time as promised and by Monday afternoon they were all finished. They walked us through everything and we're very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend you give Capital a try. They don't waste your time. We are very satisfied!
