I phoned ahead, then brought my car in, after hearing a bearing going bad while on my way to Wichita. They checked my car, notified me of parts and pricing, as well as worn parts which may need future attention. They had me back on the road within 3 hours. The wait in the lobby was comfortable with a variety of reading materials, a comfortable chair and occasional conversations.
