I do have some thoughts I'd like to share. When having to order parts from the factory; in our case they were coils for our electric furnaces. And often times coils can be damaged in shipping. Maybe have that job staged the day before. Check out the parts to make sure all is good there and the job is ready to go for the next day. If there is a problem then you have the opportunity to get items right before showing up on the job. In our case, the coils were damaged and then there was confusion that they also were not the correct TXV coils. This caused our 1 day job to be a 3 day job which I'm sure also affected your profitability. The Technician was very friendly and was doing his best to complete the job.
