I rate this dealer 5 stars. The owner answered all my questions and told me to shop around. He knew I couldn't find better prices, and he was right. I bought a Tao Tao Thunder and I love it. He went the extra mile to satisfy me. I asked if he would change the engine oil and final drive gear oil before it's original start up, and I wanted to be present. the bike turned over about 3-4 times and went to purring, he made a slight adjustment to the idle. I test drove it around the block came back with a big smile. Before I left with all the legal paperwork he asked if I had a way to secure the bike. I needed a good cable lock but didn't have any extra cash [ I'm disabled on fixed income ] . This guy trusted me to pay him the following month, saying he would rather take a chance than see my bike stolen. Again I was impressed, he got paid when I said, and I bought another. Reasonable warranty, great service, friendly staff you can't go wrong with the Scooter Store. He also has a lease program for USC students, check him out you won't be sorry
