I had State farm Insurance for 15 years and never had a problem until Janie Butterfield took over. Janie would call me during work hours weekly asking to meet with me during work hours to talk about life insurance, that I'm not interested in. After the 10th call i finally flipped out on her over the phone, and all a sudden she quits withdrawing money from my checking account. 5 months later I call State Farm for a addendum to see what I'm paying, they told me that I don't have insurance from them anymore because I haven't payed them since September. How can she quit withdrawing money from my account without sending me a letter or contacting me in any way. I give her a F- in Business.
