I am a new patient, I was very pleased with staff, thought everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have worn dentures for a few years and needed a new set, all of it went great! My only complaint is, after paying a few hundred dollars above and beyond what my insurance pays, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the choice of tooth color. I went with the NaturaLytes. And while not being the top of the line dentures, and a few hundred dollars extra, I feel there should have been more than 3 color choices. I was not impressed with the colors, just hoping they look brighter in actual dentures. Dr. Williams and staff, 5 stars, color choice for next to top of line dentures, maybe 4 stars. More color choices should be considered.
