I was a patient in dublin springs for several days in 2015. During that time, I WAS NEVER interviewed by a nurse, social worker or a therapist. The closest I came to any care was when a social worker called me into a room. Shortly after speaking she was called away. She never returned. And I WAS NEVER seen by a psychiatrist WHICH IS ILLEGAL I spent most of my time on the phone. As a medical professional who has worked on several psych units, I am appalled by the lack of care or I should say the fact that I didn't get any care. I WILL NEVER let anyone I care about get near this LOW LEVEL INSTITUTION!!!!!
