My daughter came for a weekend visit from Chicago. She mentioned that the car was making a strange noise. It sounded like a serious problem to me. We called Pam at Franklin Auto on Saturday morning. Even thought they were very busy, they said to bring it in. They called me to let me know that it wasn't a serious problem and that they would fix it as well as identified several other items that would eventually need attention.
